I'd like to thank Kari for her expertise in Windows 10. I came in just for a clean install of Windows 10 but she provided me with so much more. It was fantastic for her to tell me where I could get products that would make it easier to run as well as operational procedures and hints that I don't use on a daily basis. She helped me find a good computer with a great battery (which is rare now!) and gave me a stellar price. And the selection is huge. This is hands down the best computer shop in the Charlotte region.
